We are offering Telemedicine visits in accordance with COVID-19 regulations
Via telemedicine, we are able to see Sick Visits and Medication Refills at this time.
Please call or text the office to schedule a in-person appointment for all other types of appointments.
Even after a telemedicine visit there may be instances where you will still be asked to come into the office due to exam and testing constraints.
Please review the consent for telehealth services prior to starting your session
In accordance with the new regulations, Telemedicine visits will be billed to your insurance provider just as a normal office visit is now.
You will be responsible for any co-pays and deductibles per your policy. Please contact your individual insurance provider with any questions.
Patients must be present for the appointment
We are able to see only established patients via telemedicine at this time.
Please call the office to discuss with a nurse if a telemedicine visit would work for you and to schedule a time.
