The COVID-19 vaccine is now available to ages 6M through 4Y
We will be giving out these vaccines as frequently as we are able.

FPA PROTOCOL CHANGES

- Parents/Patients should fully complete the online check-in on our new patient portal to minimize paperwork, waiting time and contact. 

​- Masks are still required for all parents and patients over the age of 5.
     - We recommend masks for all patients 2-5 years old if able.
